Plasma Coagulation Factors in Patients With Cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical singnificance. Prothrombin time (PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),fibrinogen(FIB) were detected in 50 samples of hepatocirrhosis.Methods PT,TT,APTT,FIB were detemined by coagulant turbidity method.Results PT,TT and APTT of the patients group were significantly higher than those of the control group,FIB were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The PT,TT and APTT interval, the levels of FIB are abnormal in patients with hepatic cirrhosis,The patients with cirrhosis have hypocoagulability.The fibrinolvsis system suffers injury,they are valuable in identifying coagulation disorders,predicting bleeding tendency and estimating prognosis.
