The phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/AKt pathway in hepatocelluar carcinoma

Phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase/AKt(PI3K/AKt) signal transduction pathway is closely related to the occurrence,development of cancers.Several studies showed that PI3K/AKt signal transduction pathway is abnormal in hepatocelluar carcinoma.In this review,we briefly summarize the PI3K/AKt pathway's structure,intracellular signaling cascades and its role in hepatocelluar carcinoma.
