Block Diagonal Similar Real Standard Form of Real Three-ary Matrix

Based on the definition of real n-ary matrix in this paper,the similar standard form-block diagonal real standard form is deduced depending on the calculation formula for characteristic value of three-ary matrix,conception of three-ary number and its operational nature when n=3.
