Feasibility Analysis on Resident's Investment Proportion in Energy Efficiency Reconstruction of Existing Residential Buildings

In order to analyze resident's investment proportion on energy efficiency reconstruction of existing residential buildings(EERERB),according to relevant background information,four schemes about resident's investment proportion are supposed in this paper,and Static Investment Payback Period is adopted to analyze the feasibility of resident's investment proportion,based on the analysis result,the author draws an important conclusion:in the starting stage of EERERB,if assuring the resident acquire a save of 20% of heating expenses,the scheme that resident's investment proportion accounts for 10% of total cost is good selection;in the developing stage of EERERB,if assuring the resident acquire a save of 20% of heating expenses,the scheme that resident's investment proportion accounts for 15% of total cost is good selection.
