A new method of determining the technology of tempering

With the help of the regression analysis, a new empirical equation that describes the tempering procedure of the 40CrNi steel is presented in this paper, which, if applied,can easily determine the technology of tempering of the 40CrNi steel. And, a new method of determining the technology of tempering of the hardened steel is also advanced.
