Determination Method of Chlorophyll Content in Rapeseed and Rapeseed Oil

Through Referring to and making use of the method in Rapeseed——Determination of Chlorophyll Content Spectrometric method, ISO 10519:1997 and the Determination of Chlorophyll Pigments in Crude Vegetable Oils, AOCS Cc 13i-96: 1997, and Comparing the test method of determination of chlorophyll content in Chinese rapeseed and rapeseed oils, a method adapt to Chinese rapeseed and rapeseed oils is confirmed. The method is proved to be feasible with plenty of test.
