摘要
Kinetics of the stage transition in electrolytic intercalation of sulphuric acid in graphite has been investigated by in situ observation of the diffraction patterns of segments of different distance from the acid reservoir. By comparing the same pattern in different positions in different times, the propagation velocities of stage boundaries have been measured. Their dependencies on current and height fit the “sliding” model of intercalation sheets.
