Abstract SUPERFICIAL TEMPORAL ARTERY-to-middle cerebral artery bypass procedures are an important tool in the armamentarium of cerebrovascular surgeons for the treatment of carotid occlusion and revascularization for complex aneurysms and brain tumors.
