摘要
Vertical transistors based on a graphene/MoTe2 van der Waals heterostructure with V-shaped ambipolar behaviors and their applications in analog circuits are demonstrated by Shi-Jun Liang, Feng Miao, and co-workers in article number 1700662. High-performance analog functions including an output polarity controllable amplifier and frequency doubler can be realized with less electronic components compared to conventional scenarios.
