Active oxygen has an important role in the oxidative damage of biomacromolecules for example DNA,protein and so on. The production, oxidative role and relationship with pathogenesis of active oxygen were summarized in this paper.There will be theoretical and applied significance for inquiring deep into biochemistry and pathologic mechanism of biomacromolecules damaging.
