Objective: To measure pressure which was taken to reverse the method and the positive pressure pulse method with the pressure pulse sensor for the comparative experiments for the test results. Methods: ZM-Ⅲc-type pulse instrument for the same group of subjects’ pulse information was tested by two ways, the positive and reverse pressure to operate. Under the two different methods increase the size of the contrast value of the pressure shift, and the best to take the pulse pressure pulse parameters of contrast, compare the pros and cons of both approaches. Results:The two methods of positive pressure and the reverse pressure generated by the pressure shift value P0.05, significant difference; two ways to best take the pulse pressure amplitude parameters to remove the h1, the remaining p-values are greater than 0.05, no significant difference; h1 pulse wave measured peak impact (P0.05); two measurements under the pulse wave changes in the parameters of time no significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: The reverse pressure test is more stable and conducive to the accuracy of pulse measurements.
