The Current Situation and Countermeasure Study of the College Basketball Personnel Training in Anhui Province

This paper gave the investigation and analysis about the college basketball personnel training status in Anhui Province.The result shows that:at present,it tends to decrease of basketball teaching personnel training,the training number is small of basketball scientific research personnel,basketball social instructor and high level basketball players,the professional level is not high of basketball referees,basketball coaches and basketball managers.We should change the basketball environment,increase high-level basketball tournament and increase basketball talent jobs.
