730 Gushi-Anak crossing generation F_2 chicks were dressed at 12 weeks of age to detect the body weight,carcass weight,addominal fat weight,intermuscle fat width,subcutaneous fat depth,and the activity of biochemical indexes in the serum was determined.Based on the the relationship between the biochemical indexes and fatness characters was analyzed.The results were as follows:AST,GGT had a remarkable negative correlation with adominal fat rate(AFR),a remarkable negative correlation with intermuscle fat width(IFW),a remarkable negative correlation with subcutaneous fat depth(SFD).CHO,HDL,LDL had a remarkable negative correlation with AFR.GLU,TG,HDL,LDL had a remarkable negative correlation with IFW.AKP,CHO had a remarkable correlation with SFD,but all the correlation coefficients were very low.
