Analysis of Program on Immunization in Clinics for Preventive Immunization in Ji'nan City in 2005

[Objective] To understand the operating status of the program on immunization in clinics for preventive immunization.Provide scientific basis for the government to make the program on immunization.[Methods]The development of soft and hard ware was compared before(2004) and after(2006) the delivery of Management of Vaccine Delivery and Preventive Immunization in 185 clinics for preventive immunization with questionnaire.[Results]The clinic for preventive immunization and floor space increased to 2.24% and 3.24% respectively in 2004 and 2005.The person-time involved in national program on immunization goes up to 3.28% from 2004 to 2005.Financial allocation increased 487,400 Yuan The income of the vaccines(especially Ⅱvaccine) increased year after year,it increased 23.81% in the comparison of 2005 to 2004.The full-time professionals and persons with vaccination certificate decreased 3.47% and 8.61% in 2005 and 2004.[Conclusion]The management level of immunization improved along with the development of hardware in clinics at different levels in Ji'nan and the increased coverage.
