Application of PDCA in ward environmental management

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA in ward environmental management.Methods PDCA model was applied in the ward environmental management.Results The total score and factor scores of ward environment were significantly improved after the implementation of PDCA(P0.01).It ensured nursing safety,improved work efficiency and quality of nursing,increased the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.Conclusion PDCA model is an efficient and convenient model in ward environmental management,which can improve the quality of nursing continuously.
