Typical structures and developing trends of MEMS relays

The principles and typical structures of MEMS relays based on MEMS technology at home and abroad are summarized.The characteristics of various MEMS relay such as electrostatic,electromagnetic,electrothermal,liquid-filled and hybrid MEMS relays are compared.
