The cure process of three dual curable polyurethane acrylates prepolymers(2337,2396,2510)was studied and the thermal stability and reactivity of the combined systems of these oligomers with epoxy acrylate were evaluated in this paper.The curing reaction of these formulations was monitored quantitatively by infrared spectroscopy through the disappearance of the characteristic IR bands at 2 272 cm(isocyanate group)and 811 cm(double bond).The results showed that the NCO group in prepolymer 2396 has better reactivity than the others and the reactivity of C=C group in prepolymer 2510 was best in these systems.
