Application of Float Polishing in Lapping of Metal Nanometer Surface

Machine frame and polishing principle of float polishing were introduced.Polishing experiment about lapping ultra-smooth surface of GCr15 rectangular workpiece was done on the CJY500 ultra-precision lapping machine,and the metal nanometer level surface without lapping surface degenerating layer was obtained.The application scope of float polishing is extended,which has significant reference value.
