Vocational Training of Workers and Vocational Education of Students in Vocational Schools (1980s): Legal Aspects

The article is the second part of a series devoted to topical legal issues of the development of the training system for workers and vocational education in vocational schools in the Soviet Union. Part two is devoted to the study of the legal foundations of vocational education in the 1980s. The author characterizes the regulatory framework and the organization of vocational training in connection with their changes reflected in the standard framework documents.
