Earthworms are the most studied agents of soil macrofauna. The influence of its activity on the soil properties was prove in several investigations. However, are few studies at spatial distribution level. The present study was evaluate the spatial distribution of the earthworms and Oxyaquic Humudepts properties using the SADIE system (distance indices). The samples were taken from a organic coffee plantation in the Santa Rosa de Huayabamba district in Rodriguez de Mendoza province at Amazonas region – Peru. The study area had 900 m 2 , placing 49 sampling points in a regular grid of 30 x 30 m2 with distances of 5 m between points. Earthworm total density and biomass, adult and juvenile density, total organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, pH, bulk density, gravimetric moisture and C:N were measured. Maps were produced by interpolation of the SADIE indices to facilitate interpretation. The results show that the total density and biomass, adult and juvenile density, available phosphorus and bulk density were distributed in aggregate patterns, while total organic carbon, total nitrogen, pH, gravimetric moisture and C:N were distributed in random patterns. In turn, the earthworm community has a direct relationship with total nitrogen and inverse with bulk density and C:N.
