摘要
As the uncertainty of transportation parameters in space charge simulation, it is our attempt to extract the fundamental parameters from experiments. In this paper, with the design of unipolar charge injection and migration experiment on the basis of space charge measurement by PEA method, the carrier mobilities of positive and negative charge in LDPE have been estimated. The value of calculated mobility of negative charges is in agreement with other estimation methods. Moreover, it is found that the carrier mobility of positive charge is larger than negative charge in LDPE, which might be owning to the less amount of amorphous-crystalline interfaces in the process of hole transportation.
