摘要
A new diphenylmethanone, 2,2',4,4'-tetrahyoxy-8'-methyl-6-acetoxyl- diphenylmethanone (1) and six identified compounds desoxyerytholaccacin (2), physcione (3), citreorosein (4), chrysophanol (5), 2-acetylemodin (6), rhein (7) were purified from the ethyl acetate exrract of the roots of Rumex crispus L. The structure of the new compound was characterised by its spectral data and kinds of 1D and 2D NMR spectrums. The structures of the known compounds were identified by comparing of their spectral data in literature. Oil red O (ORO)-based colorimetric measurement and ORO cell staining were used to evaluate the amelioration sodium palmitate-oleate induced steatosis in HepG2 cell. Results suggested that the compounds from R. crispus L. can ameliorates sodium palmitate-oleate induced steatosis in HepG2 cells.
