摘要
Organic semiconductors (OSCs) are emerging as a promising trend in electronic engineering, potentially complementing or partially replacing conventional semiconductors such as Germanium and Silicon in certain applications. They have a large number of applications in flexible electronic devices because of their unique properties like outstanding mechanical flexibility, high biocompatibility and structural diversity. While Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFETs) are a major application, OSCs are as well applied in other flexible electronic devices, including sensors, displays, and photovoltaics. This research will introduce organic semiconductor-based flexible pressure sensors, flexible electronic skin, backplane Thin Film Transistors of Flexible Organic Light-Emitting Diode Displays, OFETs (including its application in flexible Smart Cards), Organic Transistors and Circuits, Solar Cells, Organic Light-Emitting Electrochemical Cells and Phototransistors respectively. These application categories can comprehensively demonstrate the characteristics and potentials of OSCs. This research will be helpful to the future advances of flexible electronic devices that may be related with organic semiconductors.
