This work studies the effect of various plasticizers (iron stearate, copper stearate, bronze) and alumina nanopowder on the technological properties of iron-based powder materials alloyed with copper. Optimal fluidity and bulk density are demonstrated by the powder mixture of PZhRV 2.200.28 + 1.4Br + 1.4Cu + 1.4C + 1.0FeSt composition (wt %). According to the analysis of the dependence of relative density on the molding pressure, the mixture of Fe + 0.7Br + 0.7Cu + 1CuSt composition (wt %) has the best compactability: its relative density after molding was 88%.
