BACKGROUND: , has been reported to boast extensive anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. This study is committed to exploring whether solasonine can alleviate neurotoxicity resulting from sevoflurane. MATERIALS AND METHODS: experiments, Morris water maze figured out the changes in learning and memory abilities of mice treated with 8 mg/kg solasonine and exposed to SEV. RESULTS: , solasonine prominently ameliorated learning and memory disorders and nerve damage in mice exposed to sevoflurane. CONCLUSIONS: Solasonine alleviates sevoflurane-induced neurotoxicity through activating the AMPK/FoxO3a signaling pathway.
