Conductive Fibers

Conductive fibers and their wide variety can be used for many purposes in textile applications ranging from antistatic and shielding to heating elements, and, most recently, they play an indispensable role in the integration of miniaturized sensors as well as actuators in smart textiles. The chapter gives an insight in different concepts of conductive fibers and their integration and use in modern textiles.
