A review search of sildenafil uses in human and in the veterinary medicine

It is known that medicines requirements are increasing day after day in the world, and from time to time; initially sildenafil's were used at narrow limits, but after a while discovered by chance that these discoveries have more benefits, and these drugs are under the common name sildenafil's, It is used to treat arterial narrowness, hypertension, and heart disease, both in humans and animals. Accidently it was obtained that sildenafil's are useful for erectile tissue dysfunction, in male genital organs. Sildenafil are a group of drugs which are under the title commercial title (Viagra). The drug mostly known as sexual stimuli that help primarily to inflation and erection sexual organs, and the fact that this drug is newly established, so it is suggested in this study to do the current review research, to provide others with rich information base in one paper, shortcuts to different uses of this Pharmaceutical group, to be useful for both researchers wishing to conduct applied research on medicine related to Viagra, in human medicine and veterinary uses. This search planned to follow, review the different administrations of sildenafil (Viagra), and its Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics in human, and veterinary field, including also the ways of giving the drug. Different references; journals, electronic sites, books and researches were followed for define, describe, clarify the sildenafil's.
