摘要
In order to further explore the influence of preparation technology on the properties of precipitation fibers, this paper adjusts the preparation technology, namely constantly adjusting the shear rate and aramid solution concentration, so as to obtain different morphologies and properties of precipitation fibers. The length distribution and crystallinity of precipitation fibers obtained under different preparation conditions are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of shear rate, the proportion of staple fibers increases, the overall fiber length decreases and the crystallinity decreases. With the increase of aramid solution concentration, the proportion of staple fibers decreases, the overall fiber length increases and the crystallinity increases.
