AC- DC motor has been proposed for DC voltage regulation which can be used for DC motor drive, battery charging operations, etc. It's necessary to have a effective power conversion system. The design of AC to DC motor is unidirectional. The motor comprises two stages. The first stage is the diode ground therapy and the alternate stage is DC- DC buck motor. The two stages are coupled by a dc- link capacitor which also exclude the ripple present in the affair of the therapy. The two stages are combined by adding a Switch and dwindling number of diodes and barring the dc link capacitor. For DC- DC buck motor, a feedback control system, grounded on PWM fashion, has been designed which regulates its affair to control the speed of DC motor. In the proposed model, fast recovery diodes has been used in the DC- DC motor which affect in reduced voltage drop across diode and hence, increased transformers effectiveness. In this to control the speed of DC motor using palpitation range Modulation (PWM) system. Microcontroller Arduino is used to induce PWM. Palpitation range Modulation (PWM) fashion is used where its signal is generated in microcontroller. The PWM signal will shoot to motor motorist to vary the voltage force to motor to maintain at constant speed. In this work shows that precise and accurate control of small DC motors without using expensive factors. It's also possible to gain speed control over wide range. It is important to make a regulator to control the speed of DC motor in asked speed. DC motor plays a significant part in ultramodern artificial. These are several types of operations where the cargo on the DC motor varies over a speed range.
