A technics of wastewater treatment and reuse forprinting circuit board

A large amount of wastewater was discharged inthe PCB industry. Components of wastewater are complicated with many kinds of pollutants existing in the wastewater. The wastewater to be treated can be classified into three kinds, according to pollutant’s sort and standard of cleaning water in various processes. The processes of wastewater treatment and common wastewater advanced treatment for reuse were introduced. The processes were applied to wastewater treatment in PCB industry. Results show that the wastewater reuse ratio reaches on approaches 60% with conductivity less than 150 μS/cm and a pH 6.5 ~ 8.The quality of the reclaimed water is better than that of tap water and can meet the requirements of production line for water use.
