摘要
Objective To extract magnetic nanoparticles from magnetic bacteria and to capture and isolate Escherichia coli O157:H7 (E-coli O157:H7) at low concentration. Methods Magnetic nanoparticles were extracted from magnetic bacteria. The extracted bacterial magnetic particles (BMPs) were coupled to anti-Escherichia coli O157:H7 to form immunomagnetic particles, by which E-coli O157:H7 (1cfu/10ml) in bacterial mixture was isolated. Results The quantity of anti-E-coli O157:H7 coated to BMPs was 132μg/mg. The targeted E-coli O157:H7 was quickly separated by using immunomagnetic particles of 100μg/ml in 10ml bacterial mixture. Conclusion The targeted bacteria at low concentration can be rapidly captured and isolated by immunomagnetic particles prepared in the study.
