To Study the Effect and Mechanism of the Medicine of Regulating Qi on Liver Cancer

Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of the medicine of regulating Qi(MRQ) on liver cancer.Method:The experiment of restraining cancer effect of MRQ on three kinds of cancer strains which are produced by the mouse with cancer;WINN experiment;The measuring of the functions determination of lymphocyte,NK cell,and megalophage;The observation of the micro-circulation of the mouse.Results:MRQ has the effect of restraining function to H 22 Liver cancer strain(P0.05) and prolonging the latence of the transplantive cancer.The WINN experiment proved that MRQ can restrain the growth of cancer through spleen cell(P0.01) and reinforce the activity of megalophage, recover the killer function of the NK cell of the mouse with cancer and strengthen the function of T cell,B cell tempted by mitoticgen;MRQ can also improve the micro-circulation of the mouse with cancer.Conclusion:MRQ can restrain prominently the transplantive cancer of liver cancer.
