The Simulation Study of IGBT′S Static Model based on Pspice

Insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)static model based on Pspice software was established and analyzed according to IGBT structure and principle of working.The paper compared IGBT static model simulation results with actual device,which showed that the model is correct and feasible.
