The anylasis of 64 cases of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine for rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease characterized by o-steoarthritis all through the body.It belongs to the branch of rheumatism in terms of Chinese medical science.The treatment of 64 cases of atrophic arthritis based on the principle of promoting the blood circulation is very effective.It can be classified as three type:(1)liver and kidney yang deficiency;by tonifying the liver and kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.(2)liver and kidney yin deficiency;by nourishing them and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.(3)spleen and stomach gi deficiency:by nourishing the spleen and strengthening qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Of all the cases,there are 23 fully recovered,by 36%,and 19 cases shown improvement,by 29.7%,18 cases effective by 28.1%,4 cases without improvement,by 6.25%.Altlgether,the treatment effectiveness reaches to 93.75%.
