A dual stage oleo-pneumatic landing gear with intelligent semi-active controller is designed based on requirement analysis for improving efficiency of fuselage landing energy dissipating and capability of running over a repair-bombed airplane runway for a flexible airplane.The numerical simulations demonstrate the optimized landing performance,obviously efficiency increasing of fuselage landing energy dissipating and 15% load decreasing in running over a 18 cm height repair-bombed airplane runway bump of the flexible airplane with the intelligent semi-active control landing gear.
