Analyses of radon emanation rate measured by the instrumentality of active carbon adsorption in a uranium tailings impoundment of Hengyang Uranium Mill

A method of active carbon adsorption used to monitor annual average radon emanation rate is introduced,and the annual average radon emanation rate in a uranium tailings impoundment of Hengyang Uranium Mill is measured by the instrumentality of active carbon adsorption.The measured results and the characteristics of this method are fully analyzed.
