Application of remote sensing in desertification mionitoring

Remote sensing is the main instrument in desertification mionitoring.This paper discussed the visal interpretation,index of plantation,technique of classify and commix analyse spectrum in applicaton of desertification mionitor from different remote sensing methods,and indicated the advantage and deficiency and prospect the future of remote sensing.
