Research on Evaluation Index of Circulation Ability

From the points of the character of commercial age and the relation between circulation and market, we begin to recognize circulation from a new point. In the paper, we analyze the role of circulation in economy development in balance, and the importance of regulation to circulation. Besides, we study the quantifying model of circulation ability, so that we can deepen the knowledge on circulation.
