On the Taoist View of "Kind and Justice

It is generally thought in the academic circles that the Confucianists promote the kind and justice while the Taoists oppose the kind and justice. We disgree with this standpoint.Lao Zhuang had no objection to the kind and justice, but set even a highter standard for the kind and just behavior than the Confucianists.Such Taoist view does not have any utility purpose. It is idealistic and,therefore,not as practical as Confucianism.
