Interfacial engineering and electronic structure modulation of two-dimensional WSe2 towards improved electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution

WSe 2 nanosheets with enlarged interlayer spacing were developed through the incorporation of organic inclusion compounds. WSe 2 NSs prepared with ammonium oxalate incorporation during the synthesis exhibited remarkable electrocatalytic HER activity.
