摘要
We study the dynamic P2MP light-tree reconfiguration problem under correlated, time-varying access demands. A greedy heuristic leverages a risk model and computes the access node assignments to light-trees, minimizing spectrum under provision risks and reconfiguration penalties. Simulations show higher acceptance and lower blocking than static provisioning. ©2024 The Author(s)
