Study on an input-output approximate linearization for nonlinear systems

In this paper, we examine a design method of approximate input-output linearization for nonlinear systems to which the exact linearization method is not applicable. First, we propose a design method of approximate state-output linearization. The condition that limits to which plants the method is applicable, is clarified. Next, we propose a design method of state-output linearization.
