摘要
A heterostructure of black phosphorus and zirconium-based MOF was successfully synthesized, exhibiting reduced recombination rates with the potential of being a photocatalyst. The formation of the heterostructure was confirmed by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. Morphological and crystallographic properties were studied by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). Chemical states and band edge positions were determined using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Charge separation was determined by photoluminescence (PL) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
