Is Guanxi a Model of China′s Business?

guanxi plays a very important role in understanding China′s business for western world since mid of 1980s. Basing on the discussion on guanxis′ definition, combining with guanxi′ researches from China′s sociology. This paper give a theoretical analysis of guanxi in business world, finally, a framework to understand guanxi, a guanxi continuum and a new definition is offered.
