摘要
The influence of different iron content on As-cast High Aluminum Bronze's Microstructure and Properties have been studied. Results shown that with the increasing of Fe content, matrix grain size decreases, content of hard K-phase increases, and the sharp of K-phase changes from dispersed dot type to sphere and cinquefoil, eutectoid(α+γ2)changes from discontinuous block to isolated point which surrounds the K-phase. Depress strength and hardness of the developed alloy have been increased with proper content(4%), while mechanical properties have been deteriorated with overfull iron content.
