Student 's Personality Character and Personality Education Strategy about Higher Technical and Vocational College

The aim of higher technical and vocational education is to cultivate applied persion with abbility.The applied persion with abbility is not only acquainted and capable,but also with healthy personality.Currently,some students of higher technical and vocational college have certain personality de-fect,so to reinforce the education about healthy personality is a problem to be solved.The article analyse the actuality of healthy personality about these stu-dents and its reasons at first,and then give some strategy about education of healthy personality.
