New Progress of Application of PDCA Cycle in the Field of Domestic Nursing Care

PDCA theory including planning, implementation, inspection and processing four stages, the flexible use of PDCA circulation method is very important to improve the effect and efficiency of quality management system operation. PDCA cycle is applied in nursing field, its advantage is that can help the nurses to arrange nursing work content effectively, improve the efficiency and quality of nursing work, and guide nurses to better finish every work target. In this paper, the specific application of PDCA cycle in nursing teaching, nursing management and nursing health education were summarized.
