Research and Application of Solid Supported Bilayer Lipid Membrane Electrochemical Biosensor

Bilayer lipid membranes(BLMs),which is a well experiment model of biomembrane,have shown great application potentials in the development of biosensors in recent years.The preparation and characteristics of bilayer lipid membranes and solid supported bilayer lipid membrane are described in this paper.The applications of bilayer lipid membranes in electrochenvcal biosensors are reviewed and the future development of electrochemical biosensor based on bilayer lipid membranes is discussed.
