PREPARATION OF PERILLA HEALTHY DRINK AND ANALYSIS OF THEIR EFFECTS ON BLOOD-LIPID EGULATION

To develop healthy drinks including the perilla function ingredient and to analysis their effects on blood-lipid regulation.Perilla Healthy Drink had been prepared from perilla extract and perilla seed oil.The best formula of drink were determined by orthogonal test and Sensory Analysis.SD rats Fed separately with different dosage Perilla Healthy Drink for 28 days,The content of TC,TG,and HDL-C were analyzed with reagent kits.Three doses of Perilla Healthy Drink could decrease concentrations of TC,TG significantly,and increase the concentration of HDL-C significantly (P0.05).and there is dose-effect relation.Perilla Healthy Drink has obvious effects on blood-lipid regulation.
