Design of 140kV high-voltage DC power-supply for X-ray tube

This paper introduces a high voltage power supply with 140KV output voltage.The main circuit,making use of the 24V DC power supply to provide the energy,passes through the half-bridge inversion circuit,the high frequency transformer and duple-voltage rectifying circuit(in order) to get the high DC voltage.Filament power supply is a single-end flyback switching power supply based on TOPSwitch-FX,,it can remote boot by singlechip.The system contain a delay circuit,high-voltage power supply startes when filament power supply has started for eight seconds.
